1. The 7-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of your order. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• You must submit your request within 7 days of the original payment date.
• If we have already purchased a domain name on your behalf (.com or .ae), the cost of the domain registration is non-refundable as domain names are owned by you and cannot be "returned". The cost of the domain will be deducted from your refund amount.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team. We will process your request within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
